PAYMENT
All payments are handled by PayPal, Shopify Payments or Klarna. Free shipping worldwide. VAT is included in the price within the European Union. VAT or possible import charges is not included for other countries in the world.

Belos Watches use external payment gateway, PayPal, Shopify Payments or Klarna, for e-commerce. PayPal, Shopify and Klarna handle card information and use technology that allow the identification of the cardholder, and both meet the requirements of the PCI DSS and CAS and utilize PCI-secured payments. Belos Watches never store or transfer any credit card information.

DELIVERY
We deliver all watches within 7 business days, and it’s usually even quicker within Europe. When we have handled your order, we’ll send you a tracking ID so that you can follow your watch. You can always send us an email (hello@beloswatches.com) if you have any questions about shipping, delivery times or transportation.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us (hello@beloswatches.com) as well as the Delivery Company. You will need to inform us what is damaged and also let us know the case number of the Delivery Company’s claim form. We will of course send you a new product to replace the damaged one.

WARRANTY
Warranty for our watches is one year from purchase date. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the case and strap. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Belos Watches.

COMPLAINTS
If we have shipped the wrong item or a defective item, you should notify us as soon as possible so that we can correct the error. Returns must be properly packaged. Clearly indicate what is wrong with the product and if you would prefer a new product or a refund. Disputes regarding the complaint may be referred to the Board for Consumer Complaints, whose recommendations we follow.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect basic personal information about our customers when an order is placed. This information is securely stored and is necessary to carry out delivery and to contact you as a customer if a problem should arise, or for important news such as new product launches. We will never disclose any such information to third parties.

CANCELLATIONS
Under the Distance Contracts, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason, within 14 days after you received the goods. You will receive a full refund on the condition that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
